Oklahoma ranked 4th most vulnerable state to gas hikes

Oklahoma ranks as the nation’s fourth most vulnerable state to oil price hikes, according to a new report by the Natural Resources Defense Council.
With $2,766.67, or 7.5 percent of the average resident’s annual income, spent on gasoline last year, the Sooner State trailed only Mississippi, Montana and South Carolina in the NRDC’s list of most-vulnerable states.
